RETURNS, EXCHANGE & SHIPPING POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All orders are final sale unless otherwise specified. However, we do allow exchanges on items within 10 days of receipt. If you have an issue with your product, please notify Sleek Fit Jewelry within 10 days of receiving your order.
If your item is damaged upon receipt, you must provide detailed photos of the damaged item(s) for our records.
CHECKOUT/ADDRESS CHANGES
We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Sleek Fit Jewelry is not responsible for any mistakes in addresses inputted by you (the customer).
PENDING CHARGES/REFUND NOTIFICATIONS
If you have not received an email confirmation with an order number, there is no active charge (Sleek Fit Jewelry has not received any money). If you attempt multiple charges, you will see “pending charges” via your bank. This hold by your bank ensures you have proper funding for your order. Unless you have an order number/email confirmation, there is no active order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Your package can take up to 1-3 business days to be processed, packed, and shipped. The processing time is separate from the USPS/FEDEX/UPS transit time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
We are unable to make changes to your address once an item has been shipped or is in transit. If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order is still in process and has not shipped. Packages returned to the fulfillment center due to insufficient addresses will be refunded the cost of the products minus the cost of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES/CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
If you purchase internationally, your order may be subject to customs fees and taxes based on the retail value of the package. These fees are not determined by Sleek Fit Jewelry and are beyond our control. If you reject the package and do not pay duties, Sleek Fit Jewelry will not refund your order. By checking the box at checkout, you agree to pay duties for your items in your respective country. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Sleek Fit Jewelry.
Customs authorities require the stated value of your order to be directly on your package. Customs have the right to release or deny release of packages or delay delivery.

Please include an exchange instruction message inside the package with the following details:
• Order number and full name
• Item you want in exchange
Once we receive your package back, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your exchange.
