Black November Draw: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The Black November Draw (the "Draw") is run by Sleek Fit Jewelry ("Sleek," "we," "us"), sleekfitjewelry.com. The Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or any other platform.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sleek and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The Draw starts October 31, 2026 and ends November 8, 2026 at 10:59 AM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Our clock is the official clock for the Draw.

4. How to enter

Go to sleekfitjewelry.com/pages/early-access during the Entry Period, join Black November early access with your email, save up to 5 eligible pieces to your Wish List, and send your list. That's one entry. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Updating your list before the Entry Period ends does not create a new entry; the list saved at the end of the Entry Period counts. Entries made with multiple emails, scripts, bots or other automated means are void.

5. Winner selection

On or about November 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET, we will randomly select one winner from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One winner will receive every eligible piece on their Wish List as saved at the end of the Entry Period, up to 5 pieces, in the sizes and lengths selected. Signature Collection pieces, gift cards, mystery gifts and travel boxes are not eligible. Approximate retail value (ARV) is the combined original retail price of the selected pieces, up to approximately $1,100 total. If a selected piece is unavailable, we may substitute a piece of equal or greater value. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

7. Notifying the winner

We will email the winner at the address they entered with. The winner must reply within 72 hours with a shipping address in the U.S. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

8. Other terms

By entering, you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final. Entering also signs you up for Sleek marketing emails (and texts if you give your phone number and agree), and you can unsubscribe anytime. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical problems with the site or email. We may cancel, change or suspend the Draw if fraud, technical issues or anything else outside our control affects its fairness. To the extent allowed by law, winners agree that Sleek may use their first name and state to announce the winner, with no extra payment. Entrants release Sleek from any liability arising from the Draw or the prize, to the extent allowed by law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

9. Privacy

Information you give us is used to run the Draw and send you Sleek emails and texts you agreed to, as described in our privacy policy.
